I am giving a full 5 star positive review to this particular workshop as I have only received the best service possible from the Coopers Plains Future Auto Workshop. Geoff (Manager), Renee (receptionist) and Mark (Mechanic) along with the other staff have always been polite and informative.
On Friday the 9th of August I had my car in for a minor service plus some added requests. This was the second time I have used this workshop. I was given a clean, well maintained loan car for the day which is yet another reason I choose this workshop. I pointed out a rattling noise on the outside of the engine but could not replicate the problem. Mark was able to figure this out and called me to say what the problem was. I was very impressed that he was able to find the problem considering I couldn’t show him at the time. Mark had also fixed an ongoing issue with my rear passenger door not opening properly.
Renee is always very friendly and non-robotic at reception which makes me feel like I’m not just another customer. Jeff, who I’ve also spoken with, is obviously running a great workshop and takes pride in keep us customers happy, well informed and up to date on the service. Out of the good will of the workshop, I also receive a follow up call a week later to make sure I was happy with the service and if my car was operating well. That is customer service at it’s best!! My wife is now using Future Auto Coopers Plains who is also happy with the service.
I will be recommending this workshop to anyone who asks me for a trusted mechanic and I hope Future Auto Coopers Plains won’t change what they are doing as, in my eyes, it’s top quality service.
