As matters evolve, Coopers Plains Car Care want to provide the most up to date information possible. We are also taking the opportunity to inform you of the precautions that Coopers Plains Car Care will be undertaking to protect our customers and staff effective immediately.
Our Highest priority is the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and our communities, this is at the heart of our COVID-19 response. We are business as usual, however the way we do business will change in the short term to protect our people, partners, workshop location, operations and our business continuity.
Care of Our Staff
- Correct Social Distancing measures at all times
- Counter areas disinfected regularly
- Correct hand hygiene performed before and after each entry to your vehicle
- Absolute minimal contact with cabin and driving areas
- Car keys wiped over before returning your vehicle to you
Changes to Business Practices Going Forward
Hygiene Practices:
Interaction with sales reps and customers, we have asked our staff to please avoid shaking hands. Please refrain from attending the workshop if you are unwell or have been overseas is the last 14 days.
Sanitizers:
We are providing Hand Sanitizers where possible across the business with priority given to customers facing staff on the road and in our workshop. Our technicians will also sanitize high contact surfaces of your vehicle that have been used during the service and repair.
Office/Workshop Cleaning:
We will be working with our cleaners and staff to ensure a high level of cleaning is conducted in our office/workshop particularly high contact surfaces.
Communication
We are in constant communication with our staff regarding the best hygiene practices to ensure we are doing everything possible to reduce any risk to our customers.
Community
We are offering a pick up service to our local suburbs and providing over the phone payment options.
Product Supply
We are monitoring very closely with our suppliers any possible delays or issues that may affect our parts supply chain. Over the recent days we have noted most of our suppliers are almost back to full capacity.
