HASSLE FREE PARTS & LABOUR WARRANTY
If in the unlikely event that we make a mistake, we guarantee to either fix the mistake or replace the part at absolutely no cost to you.
EXCLUSIVE ROADSIDE ASSIST GUARANTEE
If at any time after having your vehicle repaired with us, the vehicle breaks down from a mistake by us, we will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to our workshop at no cost to you.
VEHICLE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If on the unlikely event your vehicle breaks down from a mistake by us, and is unable to be repaired within 48 hours, we will provide a courtesy car until your vehicle is returned.
PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE
We warrant all auto repairs and car services for a period of 12 months or 20,000km (whichever comes first) from the time that the service or repair was carried out. Providing that the vehicle is serviced regularly and only driven under normal driving conditions.
At Coopers Plains Car Care we pride ourselves in giving our customers the best possible service for a Reasonable Price.
Many parts that we fit come with more than one year’s warranty, and any manufactured or reconditioned parts will be covered by the suppliers’ warranty terms.
We will not warrant second-hand parts, nor the labour required to replace second hand parts should they fail. Some second hand parts do come with a part only warranty from the parts supplier.
